After graduating from Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in China, she started working at Shanghai Centre Hospital. It has been over 28 years of experience since she started practicing (including 11-year hospital experience in China and over 17-year clinical experience in Australia). She has worked in Department of TCM, Orthopedics (1 year), Internal Medicine (2 years) at hospital, and helped many patients with different conditions and accumulated a lot of practical experience. She always focuses on finding the effective treatment methods, that she thinks is very important to her practice.

Candice holds the duel qualifications of a Bachelor of Health Science in Acupuncture and a Diploma of Applied Science in Nursing. Being an acupuncturist and nurse enables her to understand health from both a Western Medical and Chinese Medicine point of view. She has worked in a number of private practices in both Queensland and New South Wales for many years.
Her special interests are:
– Any musculoskeletal disorders which cause pain in the body including neck shoulder pain, back pain, sciatic, joint pain, carpel tunnel etc, and any inflammatory conditions such as arthritis.
– Facial (Cosmetic) acupuncture.
– Acutonics (vibrational tuning forks). This is a gentle therapy suitable for people who dislike needles.
– Auricular (Ear) acupuncture.
– Women experiencing female health issues from menstruation to menopause.
– Women with fertility issues.
– People with emotional health issues such as depression and anxiety.
